Refund Policy

Subscriptions to Hiruno AI are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your Hiruno AI account.

In most cases, payments for Hiruno AI subscriptions and enterprise licenses are not refundable.

If you are looking to downgrade your account before your next payment date, please login to your account and navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again.

If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product/service, we request that you schedule a call with our support team. During this call, we ask that you provide a demonstration of the issue. This policy allows us to address and resolve any potential errors, ensuring that our interview coaching service remains at the highest standard.
